The plastic screen was standard on the 1400, along with a few preprinted 
inserts. Since they were on PowerBooks, Apple called them "BookCovers". 
The 1400s shipped with eps and ClarisWorks templates so that you could 
make your own BookCovers (the templates might also be part of OS 7.5.3; 
look in the Apple Extras folder).
