From my one try at breaking one down, I'd say it's pretty easy to swap the 
screens. Just be careful with the two plugs that go into the sockets on the 
motherboard. There's not much room to get your fingers down there to push 
'em in, and on the one I tried it on, they're pretty brittle and easy to 
break.

I have a working PB1400c/117 and a PB1400cs/166 with a dead screen. Would 
it be easier to swap the working screen onto the 166 machine, or install 
the 166 internals into the 1400c? Or is neither really worth the aggro?
