I need some help too while we're on the topic.
I have a Lombard and a 3400, both OS9.1, with a DellTruemobile (orinoco driver) and DWL650 (IOXPERTS driver) connecting to a DLINK DWL900AP+ access point.
Except . . . that I have lost the access point. Don't ask (its been a long week) but it has definitely gone the way of small screwdrivers and important installation disks. It is no more. . .
So, is there any way I can stick the ethernet cable into the Lombard and use it as an AP for the 3400?
Ben
PS:I thought Airport was meant to do something like this but it just says 'no airport card detected."
PPS: DHCP and peer-to-peer are not a problem, so no need for lots of detail, just a vague pointer as to what to try is enough! Normally I'm pretty good at this but as I said its been a long week.
