Greetings: I'm reactivating my OS 8.1 PB 190 for the summer and would like to know whether anyone off the cuff might know a listing of the "latest" or maximized versions of software I can install on it.
On advice, I currently have Eudora 3.1.3, File Buddy 4.3.4, Graphic Converter 4.1, ScrapItPro 5.52, Quicktime 4.03, Nisus 4.3, BBEdit 4.6, AppleWorks 5.03, Fetch 3.03, SuffIt Deluxe 5.5, TechTool 3.06, Decor 3.04 and FaxST 3.25. I'm coming to this sage group for any second opinions of whether the software mentioned above are the last in their versions for the 190. It'd also glady take any recommendations. Oh yes, is there anyway to, shy of turning off the volume, to stop the "window whooshing" sound whenever I drop or lower a window?
