Not possible.

The 500 has no support, per se, for PCMCIA, but it does have access to
the NuBus through the left slot.

The Rev. A PCMCIA adapter adds a chip which translates PCMCIA to MuBus,
the other machines mentioned have this capability already on their
motherboards.

The Rev. B adapter fixes some problems with the Rev. A, but it is the
same chip and the same artwork.

The Rev. C adapter fixes all problems and adds PPC support, and it is a
completely new card, with a new chip and artwork.

For maximum flexibility, get a Rev. C adapter.
