Most of the time, my 2400c (180/112/3) is powered by a Duo 2300c
adapter that is rated at 36W.
I have also occasionally used another adapter which came with my 2300c
and which is rated at 25W. This adapter, which actually might be the
one that originally came with a 280c, isn't quite up to the job,
though. It will allow you to run a 2400c, but it won't at the same time
charge the battery. However, if the machine is off o.n., it will do a
pretty good job at recharging the 2400's battery.

Believe me, don't trust what someone on the swap lists says. Check it
yourself BEFORE you buy. The swap list is only slightly different from
e bay. On e bay you have more recourse. IMHO that is.
