Another way to access the NIST clock is with a battery powered clock that is capable of receiving the time signals broadcast by WWV. I had been shopping for such a clock and had been put off by the $30+ price for such a clock. When I received an insert in my credit card bill offering such a clock for about $15 I lost no time in placing an order. It works EXTREMELY well. I have the box it came in and the phone number on the box is (800) 331-7804. I have not called that number and have absolutely nothing to do with the company that sells these clocks.
