Still use my trusted 2400c enough to attempt to hook it up to my home wireless network (Airport basestation/iMacG5/iBook G4). Everything seemed to go smoothly: using the Orinoco drivers the Comet recognized the inserted Dell Truemobile 1150 Wireless Card and the Orinoco control panel indicated a strong signal being received.

So far, so good, however, I seem to be unable to get any further. Every time I try to create a TCP/IP configuration using DHCP, the powerbook seems to create its own IP address, subnetmask and router numbers. Doing it by hand doesn' get me anywhere either.

Guess I'm missing something but no idea what. Suggestions appreciated,

Thanks,

Peter
