"We are seeking a highly experienced Presales Solution Architect with more
than 20 years of expertise in domain experience in one or more of warehouse
management systems, supply chain software, PLM, or retail/POS systems.
Proven experience of Software Led Transformation is a must. Background in
logistics and manufacturing application platforms preferred. The ideal
candidate will have a deep understanding of the Services Industry,
encompassing Airports, EPC, Hospitals, Transportation, Logistics, and
Distribution sectors. This role requires the ability to present innovative
ideas to CXOs and stakeholders.



*Key Responsibilities:*

"The CPRS Solution Architect is a combination technical architecture and
pre-sales engineering role. The successful candidate will spend time
working across the following types of activities:

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide
technical solutions.

Background in software development, preferably product development, with
spanning knowledge across hardware abstraction layers, OS kernel & device
driver development, middleware (libraries, compilers, linkers, networking,
SDLC tools), & application development both standalone / monolithic &
modern, cloud base architectures.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to CXOs and
key stakeholders.

Interface with consumer product & retail customers discovering their needs,
issues, & requirements for solutions we can present to them

Pitching Capgemini capabilities in software solutions targeting consumer
product & retail customer needs

Develop solutions for customer problems involving collaboration with the
customer, sales, delivery, and engineering organizations to ensure the
solution model tackles the customer's technical issues, meets our financial
requirements, and demonstrating sufficient value to the customer to allow
sales to win the opportunity.

Engage with customers to perform billable, targeted consulting activities
with a focus on needs discovery and being a trusted advisor on problems
helping customers to see the art of what is possible.

Working with delivery in part-time or short cycle billable roles helping
with project startup as a technical architect, designer, and / or mentor as
needed helping to ensure a successful project startup

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor
offerings.

Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the sales process.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
