Get an IDE card is my opinion. RHB - $98.00

What ever turns you own. Since this is in the interest of intellectual
curiosity and not economics go for the 800 MHz. RHB -
$595.00

Is this for "Play Toy" or 'Production'? If you require production, keep
another unit with OS 9.1. Then you can "Play" with the PTP and OS 10.2.
All of this is my own "Not So Humble Opinion" ... but ... totaling it
all up ... I spent the money on a new eMac that does all of the above,
with an internal CD-RW.
If you need the PCI slots, and plan some serious graphics ... and CAD,
go with the PTP. RHB
