All old world macs and clones were 50pin narrow scsi on the internal 
bus(es).  Even the Scsi-2 uses the same configuration.  I don't know 
if any manufacturer even build such devices any longer (most things 
have gone fast/wide/ultra).  Try ebay.  Compare drive prices for scsi 
and then look at a pci-ide controller for under $100 and see how 
cheap the large IDE drives are.
