Listers,

Having trouble with one of my PTP 225's. This is the machine I have
set aside to play with so It has the experimental configuration of the two
PTP's.

I currently have a solid installation of OS 9.2.2 running on the machine
thanks to RHB and OS 9 Forever's OS 9 Helper. I own a copy of OS X 10.2
which I have been trying to install without success. I have placed a list
of my machine's hardware below to see if any of this could be the problem
with the installation. Also below is a list of the symptoms when installing.

Symptoms:
When I try to boot from CD-ROM using the Jaguar Disk It starts up from the
disk then the display goes dark. (Yes I know this won't install from disk on
this machine)

In The MAChine:
G3 366Mhz running at 371Mhz
         NewerTech
512 MB of EDO Memory (Interleved)
Keyspan USB card
2 x TwinTurbo IxMicro 128 M8's (one Rev 2 other Rev. 3)
1 x Segate Elite 9 . 9.1GB SCSI-2 HDD
1 x Segate Baracuda 4 - 4GB SCSI-2 HDD
1 x Segate (????) - 4GB SCSI-2 HDD
1 x Iomega Zip Disk
Floppy
CD-ROM - works with apple CDROM driver but use CDROM ToolKit
     Not sure of Speed

When I use XpostFacto to start the setup it causes the display to go black.

I can only assume it is the display cards.

Any Suggestions
