John I am running 10.2.3 on a Power tower pro 200 with Sonnet Crescendo
G3 300, now that I have the cache loading it runs great. I also 10.1.3
(that I don't run anymore) and 9.2.2 is also installed.

Subject: G3 card for powertowerpro

I read somewhere that installing a G3 upgrade card into a power
computing machine is not a good idea. it said something about the
motherboards are weak and suddenly stop working. has anyone else heard
this? is this something I should worry about?

I am about to purchase a sonnet G3 500mhz card for a Power Tower Pro
604e 225.

anyone running OS X on a power computing with a G3 or G4 upgrade?

thanks

John
