With SCSI drive generally more expensive than IDE, you might want to consider adding an IDE card and opt for IDE drive instead. As far as accelerator is concerned your choices is either a G3 (up to 500MHz) or 700/800 MHz G4 produced by Sonnet (AFAIK the only G4 upgrade that works on Catalyst based systems; note that the older G4 upgrades does not work on Catalyst based systems.)
