Hello folks. Got a situation I'm hoping you can advise on. The stats:
PTP250 with 256 mg. RAM, one 4-gb hard drive and another 9 gb hard drive.
Printer: HP DeskJet 870Cse. Scanner: Microtek ScanMaker E6.

Recently we upgraded from OS 8.0 to OS 9.1, which has been a tremendous
improvement. We did this at the same time that we doubled the RAM to 256, so
we have lots fewer freezes now. Trouble is, we can't get the printer and the
scanner to work with 9.1. Consequently we put 8.0 on the 9-gb drive and have
to boot that up whenever we need to print. (9.1 is on the 4-gb drive, which
we have traditionally used exclusively for operating system and software.)

Any advice on how to get the printer and scanner to work with 9.1? We'd very
much like to dump 8.0 altogether. Thanks, brainiacs.

Monica
