Hi, I picked up a surplus Power Center 150 computer for very little money. I have installed MacOS 9.1 on it, and it runs well. I also have an external hard drive, from which I have been experimenting with Yellow Dog Linux and BeOS. The machine runs great, except for one thing...
The machine had an empty formatted hard drive on it when I got it. I am having problems with the machine not mounting the CD-ROM sometimes. I have heard that there is a "CD ROM Toolkit Extension" that is needed, but since there was no software with the machine, I don't have that extension. Since this extension was apparently sold with the machine, and since I am now the owner of the machine, I don't think it would be a violation of any copyright law for me to have a copy of an extension that was supposed to come with the machine. I'm writing to ask if someone could e-mail me this extension, or point me to a place where I could download it.
