I just picked up a used Mitsubishi Daimond Pro 900U 19 inch monitor for my
PCP, to replace the old tired 1705. This monitor has MANY adjustments I can
make.

So, question number 1 is...

I used to have a utility that gave various test patterns, but I can't find
it or remember its name. Anyone know of such a thing?

And question number 2 is...

The PCP's internal video will drive the monitor at 1280x1024, at 16 bits.
What would it take to drive this monitor at 1600x1200 at 24 bits...without
spending a lot of money?

Thanks for any info you folks can throw my way.

cheers,
Kenji
