powerwave non-boot = pull the processor card and plug it back in. pull the
daughter card and plug it back in. check to make sure RAM is seated. (make
sure you are grounded with anti-static strap)
do it all again if it doesn't work the first time.
make sure power supply fan comes on.
if none of the above solves the problem, post another question here.
