Question to all.
What BRAND of 56K external modem works well with a PB 180? I am installing a Sonnet card so I don't think that a Global Village will work. There are lots on Ebay. Should I try a Hayes, US Robotics, Dynex, generic? I will be running it through the modem serial connection.

I've always had good luck with US Robotics modems. I have a couple USR external serial modems that I have used for at least 8 years with no problems whatsoever. I haven't tried one with a PB180 but I'm sure the drivers are in your OS or can be installed.
