This in the RFC standard concerns *only* the encoding of mail addresses
and url. It has *nothing* to do with the body-text of a mailto-body!

The normal case should be, that the body text is transfered *how_it_is*!
And just this is not the case with PM.

Can you tell me why you're defending so heavy (but wrong) an obvious PM bug?
