I've seen this, too, particularly in the last pixel row of a message
after scrolling.

Hey, that's a good feature.

Another one that I've asked for before: Mail Schedules according to Time,
not Interval. (I wrote yet another email at 4am today that I wanted to go
out at 8:30am but I knew I wouldn't be sitting here...)

I hate to shoot down another person's request, but ctm is just not that
kind of company. I've been a PM user for years, and ctm's web site has
always been only been of limited help. They're just not a manual-writing
company, it's not where their strengths lie. Just FWIW.

I'm not sure I get that one. PM supports IMAP. I've used it - it's fine.

That said, I only used IMAP for a while. What can Thunderbird do with
IMAP that PM can't?
