I think I found the cause of my SpamSieve problem.

I have been Cmd+A followed by Cmd+Y in the Spam directory because it is
quicker than Cmd+A -> Cmd+T, then Cmd+Del. Well, well. This seemed to
cause SpamSieve off balance, as Mark as Bad is overwhelmingly too many
against Mark as Good. This explains why too many legit messages are
marked as Spam (I guess), and my results are not getting any better.

So, do I really have to Cmd+A -> Cmd+T -> Cmd+Del, or is there any better
way? I have to Cmd+T since I do have some filters that sends messages to
Trash, which I must check before emptying. If I don't do Cmd+T to Spam
messages, it will be a mess.

Or should we request "mark as read" option to Spam Filter?
:-)
