I do not know what you are seeing but I saw apples on all of your sentences including the one above. My preferences are set to not use HTML if that makes any difference and - let's see - for undefined incoming messages ISO-8859-1 which I assume is the default as I wouldn't know what to change it to. Presumably you had your character set defined, I suppose. Anyway, I see apples. -- Barbara Needham
