Thanks, Marlyse. I'm picking up my mail fine now by selecting the dedicated secure port. I'm glad to know that the @ is fine and I've told the tech guy.
I did have authenticate as user checked and filled in. I tried changing my rscj.org account (e-mail provider) to having my 3web account (ISP) info as the sending user, but that didn't seem to make a difference. I'll play around with the possibilities a bit more over the weekend. It would be nice to be able to send without receiving sometimes--especially because I forget sometimes and it just takes time once I realize what I've done--or not done. Anyway, my main problem is taken care of, and I appreciate the detail, too.
