Greetings--
This is not a disaster, as I have a backup from 3 weeks ago.
However, it would be very nice if I could recover this file.
The computer crashed just as I had received some mail, and it was
strange, so I was not surprised that it corrupted the file. When I try
to open the db, it says the file "has not the expected format" and
offers me a chance to convert 5.5 files but of course this doesn't work.
I see in past messages something about "Salvage" but this doesn't
appear to be there anymore, so I'm assuming it doesn't work with PM6...?
Any other ideas on getting into that file? Thanks very much.
