Good day

Koeberg Nuclear Power Station, South Africa, would like to know the following:

1. Do you perform FULL reactor cavity decontamination after fuel reloading?

2. If so, what method do you use (hydrolasing, foam, strippable paint etc).

3. Do you perform this with the reactor vessel head in position? If so, what
mitigation to prevent the head from getting wet?

4. If only limited decontamination is performed, to what extent and what
methods are used? What is your experience with contamination, Hot Particles
and airborne particulates?

5. If no decontamination is performed, why not? What means is used to limit
contamination problems during the cycle and for the next outage?

Thank you in advance
