San Onofre is a single site, two unit facility so EDs and instruments are
issued at a central location at the plant.

Software is homegrown: Integrated Health Physics System, IHPS, that
inventories EDs and instruments, sources, provides access control, dose
management, etc.

We use MGPI DMC-2000S EDs

Duke Energy would like to know the following:

1. Do you distribute EDs and/or Instruments from a central
facility?
2. What software or process do you use for inventory control and
accountability?
3. What type of ED are you using?

Any positive or negative opinions for any of the above would be much
appreciated.
