CR3 has used the RCPs to help with RCS clean-up for the last 2 outages with good success at source term reduction.... as compared to "no" source term reduction without running the RCPs for the previous 4 outages. This was the only change to our clean-up scenario. I learned at the INPO workshop last May on source term mitigation.... there are more contributing factors of why this can work at some plants and not others. I believe Joe Sears at INPO was compiling the data for the industry.
