Hello All, Looking for help from anyone who has a good procedure or guidance for entry into a "posted" Very High Radiation Area where it is reasonable certain that "actual" conditions DO NOT exist (e.g. down posting Reactor Vessel Annulus after power operations, down posting fuel transfer tube and affected areas following fuel movement, etc.). I have a current copy (Rev 1) of Reg. Guide 8.38, Control of Access to HRAs and VHRAs in Nuclear Power Plants.
