David;
I thought Fort Calhoun was using Ortec gamma counting software?

I tried to install a LDM-220 on a personal (a laptop of mine at home)
computer a while back that was running Windows 7 64-bit. The USB/Serial
driver would not install. I?d recommend contacting MGPI in Atlanta
(770-432-2744) to see if this has been addressed.

On a related note?

Canberra told me a few months ago that they do not have 64 bit drivers for
any of their digital signal analyzers (e.g., DSA-1000 or Lynx). I too
would like to go to 64-bit operating systems on my equipment for computer
performance issues, but cannot until Canberra moves on this.

Subject: Powernet: Telemetry Software and LDM-220 ED readers

Fermi 2, along with the rest of DTE Energy, is transitioning to the 64 bit
version of Windows 7 as the operating system for most computers. We are
currently using TeleView 2000 for our telemetry software. Initial testing
on the 64 bit version of Windows 7 has not revealed any issues. Is anyone
currently using TeleView with the 64 bit version of Windows 7?
Additionally, does anyone have any experience using or testing the Mirion
LDM-220 wireless ED reader with either the 32 bit or 64 bit version of
Windows 7? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
