1. Please describe how your radioactive check sources are stored/arranged inside the source storage cabinet. For example; * Are they randomly placed on the shelves? * Are they in individual trays? 2. If the source storage cabinet is located inside the chemistry lab/count room area, do you require technicians to log in/out the sources for intra-lab use? Thank you for your time...
