Questions on Chemistry/Count Room radioactive check source controls:
1. Please describe how your radioactive check sources are
stored/arranged inside the source storage cabinet. For example;
· Are they randomly placed on the shelves? yes
· Are they in individual trays? no
2. If the source storage cabinet is located inside the
chemistry lab/count room area, do you require technicians to log
in/out the sources for intra-lab use? no
