Robinson Response -

We also have four levels of use:

Informational, Reference, Continuous, and Multiple

Many/most of our RP procedures are Informational (routine surveillance,
release, posting and labeling). Second most frequent would be Reference -
Almost all of our instrument calibration procedures are Reference Use, our
diving procedure and Cavity Decon are examples. We have Continuous Use
procedures for activities where plant equipment must be operated - Wash Down of
Cavity Walls during drain down, calibration of tech spec radiation monitors,
sluicing resin to a HIC, Dewatering resin for burial are examples of continuous
use. Place keeping is required for continuous use and in some cases for
reference use procedures as well (by management expectation).

Subject: Powernet: Procedure classification

What is 'typical' classification for site RP procedures, C = continuous use, R
= reference use, I = information . Reference INPO 09-004

RP equipment operation Most are Informational Use

RP equipment calibration Most are Reference Use

RWP / ALARA Reference

Job Coverage Informational

Posting Informational Use

Shipping mostly reference, some continuous
