Subject: Powernet: HEPA's and Vacuum's

1. Does your facility use the Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP) chemical to perform
filter integrity tests on HEPA's and vacuums that contain a HEPA filter on a
scheduled rotation? No, DOP is a carcinogenic.

2. If you do not use DOP, what testing do you use and why? PAO Its non
carcinogenic and generates same stuff. Contact Nucon Intl.

3. Does your facility issue vacuums with HEPA filters by a written check
out system and maintain them locked when not in use? Yes

4. Does your facility use locking devices or seals that would give
evidence that the vacuum containing a HEPA filter had been opened or the filter
tampered with? Yes. Security seals
