Subject: Powernet: Delta for dose estimation

I was wondering how other facilities document actual versus estimated dose
received.

1. Do you write a Condition report for dose received above and below the
estimate?

2. If so, what is the % difference that you use?

3. Do you write them for discrepancies for both on-line and outage dose?

4. If you don't write a CR, do you document them some other way?

Thanks for any information you can share.
