Duke Energy would like to know the following: When a worker is given a multipack, under what conditions do you use remote monitoring (special to multipacks)? Do you place telemetry on the worker in a specific manner (all locations, default to chest only, highest expected WB only)? What dose alarm and dose rate alarm setpoints do you use (RWP default, max out and use telemetry, other)?
