RE: Powernet: Incore System Controls During Refuel Outages

Watts Bar is performing a self assessment on IER L2-11-41 this pretty much
covers your question.

I would be glad to send anyone my outline, I should have a rough draft of
my assessment in a couple of days.

Subject: Powernet: Incore System Controls During Refuel Outages

Robinson has the following question for other PWRs:

How do you ensure that Incore detectors are not inadvertently operated
during refueling outages while personnel are present in containment?

Is a clearance routinely taken out on your Incore System at the beginning
of a refueling outage?

Do you normally keep your seal table room locked during refuel outages?
