Palo Verde does not use OSL. From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Egert, Glenn W. Sent: Wednesday, February 15, 2012 1:11 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Powernet: OSL dosimeters
Columbia is inquiring: For plants that are using OSL dosimeters, specifically InLight Dosimeters, have you experienced a failure of the fastener (plastic thumbtack-like piece) by either breaking in two or falling out of place? We have had several occurrences of fastener breakage since we began using InLight Dosimeters in September 2011. The vendor has redesigned the fasteners and has used them with the January 2012 batch of dosimeters. However we have had four instances of fastener failure with this new batch of dosimeters. Just trying to determine if it is a continuing design flaw or an assembly problem. Your InLight insight is appreciated. Glenn W.
