Palo Verde requests information on the following:

During post-shutdown clean-up, do you use a target RCS concentration value to
correlate when general area radiation levels along affected RHR piping may be
low enough to survey and allow personnel access? Yes / No

If yes,

1) Is this target value contained in your outage schedule as a decision
point to decide when to secure clean-up or to commence post clean-up surveys?

2) What is the pre-determined concentration based on, e.g., actual survey
data, calculations, etc.?
