Do you document high rad briefings on a written record?
Do you have a worker sign that they have been briefed for a High Radiation area? If you do document the briefing, how long do you retain the record?. Browns Ferry currently records the briefing by having the individual sign a briefing sheet acknowledging they were briefed on a High radiation area RWP. The record of that briefing has a lifetime retention. This is in addition to keying the briefing into out access control system (HIS-20) so the individual can log into the RWP Chuck Creamer Charles E.
