Do you have a worker sign that they have been briefed for a High Radiation area? Yes If you do document the briefing, how long do you retain the record?. They are retained by Document Control as Plant Records. Browns Ferry currently records the briefing by having the individual sign a briefing sheet acknowledging they were briefed on a High radiation area RWP. The record of that briefing has a lifetime retention.
