We typically use a Elmer's glue water mixture fixative for most applications, but there are concerns that this may be to "gummy" to put on the floor with work being performed on the surfaces. We are going to mock up whatever we plan to use so we will have the opportunity to test. Thanks in advance for your help, and Happy Thanksgiving! Jerry Barber Robinson Nuclear Plant
