How do you handle LHRA controls in the overhead that is accessed through scaffold? 1 ? Are ladder locks used? 2 ? Are scaffolds considered ?natural ladders?? 3 ? Are excel scaffolds considered ?natural ladders?? 4 ? Are additional postings, ropes, flashing lights, or other controls put in place? 5 ? How is unencumbered access via other structures handled?
