Surry Power Station response: we have an empty pocket policy that was enacted originally to prevent unauthorized equipment from exiting the RCA, i.e. marked tools that could be placed into a back pocket ( we mark tools purple) from making it to non-RCA areas. Our current policy precludes placement of hardhats in the SAM. Workers wear them out through the ARGOS. Regards, Erik
