Currently Locked High Rad Events (Tech Spec) and High Radiation Area events tracked as part of the INPO CDE and they are counted using the criteria in NEI 99-02 "Regulatory Assessment Performance Indicator Guideline" and the INPO 04-004, CDE Data Element Manual.
