During an upcoming 3 week plant outage, Fermi wants to shut down all turbine building ventilation for repairs, with roof vents open for cooling. Prior to this outage, it appears there will have been no detectable turbine building gaseous effluents (except tritium) for several months. No turbine building work which would increase effluents is planned for the outage. What controls would you suggest for this evolution?
