If I may add on to these questions I would like to know the following:

Does your site use a computerized database for tracking HEPA's and Vacuums?

If yes would you be willing to share that information?

Subject: Powernet: Question on HEPA Vacuum Programs

Questions on HEPA Vacuum Programs (Sent by Sun Lee for Dom Magda):

Perry Nuclear Power Plant would like to know the following:

1. Do you use locking devices or seals to prevent inadvertent access to
electrical cords on vacuums?

2. Does the procedure cover the use of locking device?

3. Industry guidance recommends annual filter integrity testing or testing
following opening the vacuum is this performed? Is this conducted on a yearly
basis or each time a vacuum is changed out?

4. Is it sufficient enough to consider the purchase of DOP tested hepa filters
with certificate of conformance as testing to meet INPO guidelines? If so how
was that handled by a white paper?

5. Vendor or manufacture to purchase testing unit to meet standards?

6. Can I receive a copy of the procedure that governs vacuum control program
and testing of units?

Any Specific replies or further questions can be directed to:
