Duke Energy would like to know the following: A Planned Special Exposure has never been used to any of our knowledge, nor is it likely to ever be used. We'd like to know which sites and/or utilities maintain a procedure that provides specific direction on how to use a Planned Special Exposure. Duke Energy has had a procedure in place for years that had never been touched.
