DO NOT provide your user ID or password. CNS has a RP Technical Staff personnel question. CNS calls our technical personnel staff health physicists. I know other plants have different titles, but they perform similar functions. With that said we are doing a benchmark and would like to know the following: 1. Are your Staff HPs hourly or exempt personnel? 2. How many do you have on staff? 3. Do you have more than one level? Ex) CNS has Staff Health Physicist and Senior Staff Health Physicist. 4. If you do have more than one level, what requirements do you have to progress to the next level? Ex.) CNS requires either a CHP or a Masters in Health Physics to advance to Senior Staff Health Physicist.
