1. Does your plant have onsite disposal experience pursuant to 10CFR20.302 (current regulation 10 CFR20.2002)? 2. If yes, what type of waste stream is included in your onsite disposal (e.g., sewage sludge, contaminated soil, wastewater treatment sludge)? 3. How do you obtain approval for onsite disposal application? Thru NRC, State? both? 4. Do you still apply onsite disposal practices at your plant? 5. Any local media concerns regarding onsite disposal practices? 6. At present, how do you dispose of large volumes with low level activity waste (i.e., sewage sludge, contaminated soil)?
